Easy 4-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
Within 24 hours (excluding weekends), we’ll email you:
- A prepaid return label (for US customers)
- International return address (for non-US customers)
- Special instructions if returning large items like SUP boards or windsurfing equipment
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please ensure:
- Items are in original condition with tags attached
- All original packaging is included (especially important for foils and boards)
- Use the provided return label or our specified shipping method
- For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Exchanges: Shipped within 2 business days if the replacement item is in stock
- You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund/exchange is processed
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Changing Ponchos & Robes: Due to personal hygiene considerations
- Junior Wetsuits: All seasons (Summer, Winter) and rash vests
- Personalized/Custom Items: Any products modified to your specifications
- Used Equipment: Items showing signs of wear or water exposure
Special Considerations for Water Sports Gear
We understand the unique nature of our products:
- Large Items (SUP Boards, Windsurf Boards): May require special shipping arrangements – contact us before returning
- Foils & Kites: Must be returned in original protective packaging to prevent damage
- International Returns: Customers outside the US are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
