Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide to water sports enthusiasts everywhere! However, we currently cannot ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping options to match your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95, regardless of order size)
- Carriers: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 days after dispatch
- Ideal for urgent needs with tracking included
- Free Shipping (on orders over $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 days after dispatch
- Great for larger orders like kayaks or complete gear packages
How long does order processing take?
We process orders in 1-2 business days because we know you’re excited to get out on the water! You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your gear leaves our warehouse.
Are there any additional fees for international orders?
For international orders, please note that any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees vary by country and are not included in our shipping costs.
Can I track my order?
Yes! For both Standard and Free Shipping options, you’ll receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products, but if something isn’t right:
- 15-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
